Datasheet [2] ImagesThe BPC-2403U Industrial Embedded Computer is a compact and versatile computing platform designed for industrial automation, intelligent control, network communication, and embedded applications. Powered by Intel® Core™ i7/i5/i3 or Pentium® and Celeron® processors, it delivers flexible computing performance to meet the requirements of various industrial workloads. Featuring an Intel® SoC chipset and AMI BIOS, the BPC-2403U provides a reliable hardware foundation for industrial systems. It supports one DDR4 SO-DIMM memory slot with speeds of 2400/2666/2933/3200 MHz and a maximum capacity of 32GB, enabling efficient multitasking and responsive system operation. For display connectivity, the system integrates one HDMI output driven by Intel® HD Graphics, making it suitable for industrial monitoring, visualization, and human-machine interface (HMI) applications. Two Gigabit Ethernet ports, powered by Intel® I210AT and I219LM controllers, provide stable network connectivity for communication between industrial equipment, control systems, and enterprise networks. The BPC-2403U offers flexible storage through one M.2 2280 slot supporting SATA or NVMe SSDs, providing options for balancing storage capacity and data access performance. Four USB 3.2 ports support high-speed connections to external devices and peripherals, while two configurable COM ports support RS232/422/485 interfaces through BIOS settings, ensuring compatibility with a wide range of industrial equipment. For wireless connectivity and system expansion, the computer includes an M.2 2230 E-Key slot for Wi-Fi modules and an M.2 3052 B-Key slot for 4G/5G modules, together with a SIM card slot. Optional GPIO functionality supports up to 16 channels, with standard motherboard GPIO or opto-isolated rugged GPIO options available for different integration requirements. Additional features include Realtek ALC897 HD audio, a configurable watchdog timer with a system reboot interval of 1–255 seconds, and a wide-range 9–36V DC power input with screw-lock terminals for secure power connections. The platform supports Windows 7, Windows 10, Windows 11, Linux, and domestic operating systems such as Tongxin Kylin, subject to processor and driver compatibility. ## Applications The BPC-2403U is suitable for industrial automation and machine control, smart manufacturing, industrial HMI systems, equipment monitoring, data acquisition, and communication gateways. Its multiple network and serial interfaces enable integration with PLCs, sensors, controllers, and other industrial devices. With optional wireless connectivity, it can also support remote equipment monitoring, IoT gateways, and distributed control systems.
